Project type: Web e-commerce plateform
Key Skills: UI Design, Brand Design
Timeframe: 1 year
Role : Product Designer
The context
Simplifying Shipping for Entrepreneurs
Our key challenge was to build a new platform that would "demystify" shipping, making it easy, accessible, and affordable. This involved a complete overhaul of the traditional shipping experience, focusing on a modern UX to empower these smaller businesses with efficient, transparent, and attractively priced shipping solutions.
Step 1 : Define the strategy 🎯
Objective: Stand out from the competition by positioning ourselves differently. Reflect our simplicity though the language we speak. Develop awareness of Freddie drive qualified traffic to website.
What we've done
Who: Target audience with C-Level from Small Businesses or Logistician Managers.
How: CMA CGM, who is committed to create the future of shipping, is now introducing a new digital product that will empower people to cut out the middle man and take charge of their own shipping needs. It’s a powerful platform that simplifies the entire shipping experience. It’s Freddie.
Step 2 : User path & wireframes 🛣️
Defined what we wanted by sketching ideas, making user path, testing the proof of concept and iterate.
What we've done
Maped the user experience.
Defined the components that we needed.
Test the proof of concept while organised interviews.
Step 3 : Branding & Design system 🎨
Created a new brand iden†ity and an UI Kit for the web app
What we've done
Defined a brand strategy and created a brand identity
Created an UI Kit based on the brand to insure that it match and to improve the communication between designers and developers.
Step 4 : Visual Design 🖥️
Created visual mockups in desktop version and delivered assets to developers.
Step 5 : Landing page for CMA CGM Terminal
