Step 1 : Build a product team process ⚙️

We built a process to show every steps in a project from the beggining to infinity and beyond. That methodology allowed to frame teams and be align to the same purpose.
What we've done
Identified the team’s pain points from the past
Defined roles, leaders and actions for each projects

Step 2 : Understand the users need 🤔

First of all we had to know our users : who are they, what they need, there relation with the product, pain points, gain points, frustration etc...
What we've done
Made quantitative analysis with Google Analytics for segmented our users.
Made qualitative analysis by organised users interviews : hiring users, organized remote sessions, built a quiz game and then made it happened.
Reported all of the data in a doc and built persona.

Step 3 : Build a Design System 🧩

Because the Allociné application didn’t have a design language, we started to build a design system that gathers design principles, components, a brand style guide, design tokens, and icons. We developed it with light and dark modes, for iOS and Android, for all brands.
Why we had to do it
Ensures a uniform look and feel across the app, enhancing user experience.
Streamlines the design and development process, saving time and resources.
Facilitates easier updates and additions as the app grows.
Improves communication between designers and developers, reducing misunderstandings.
Helps users navigate the app intuitively, as familiar patterns are used.

Use Case : The Streaming area

We wanted to improve our ability to share streaming information with our users, such as which movies are available on which platforms and what TV shows they will watch tonight.
What we've done
Create a MVP prototype based on what we imagined for the new streaming page
Organised and animated a usability test to ensure that the product is not only function well but also provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for users.
Reworked on what we designed
Worked closely with the IT team to develop properly what we designed
Checked quantitative data after putting the design into production for identify Issues and areas for Improvement
